Features:
Ni25 is the hardness of low alloy powder, powder from melting, wetting and spray performance, spray deposition layer corrosion resistance, resistance to rapid cooling, good heat resistance and easy processing of impact resistance and so on.
Usage :
Suitable for repairing glass, plastic, rubber mold surface strengthening and repair.
Powder melting temperature: 1050 ~ 1120℃
Spray deposition layer hardness: HRC23 ~ 28
Powder particle size range:
-150 mesh, -150 - +400 mesh (one-step), -150 mesh ~ +320 mesh (two-step)
