1.production process:

Step one: Mounding.

1.According to the customers' request, we make different moulds to satisfy various needs.
2.There are stall mould and on-line mould. Stall mould is commonly used for moulding. On-line mould is that the mud is injected through the pipes into toilet automatically,saving time and energy.
Step two: Glazing.

1.We use imported better glaze in order to guarantee the quality.
2.We also have experienced workers to make sure every single article is exquisite and smooth after it is finished.




Step three: Baking.



After being gushed, the semi finished articles are baked under high temperature up to 1200 degree in the advanced tunnel kiln, finally becoming finished products.





Step four: Checking.



1.We have skillful quality staff to check all the products and make sure every article is intact and useful.
2.we offer quality stamp on every piece of product for your feedback.


Step five: water flushing test

1.ensure that every piece of products has the strong and 3/6 liters water saving flushing.
2.Equipped with slow down or normal quick down plastic /MDF seat cover according to customer’s request.
3.According to Indian or related countries’ request, we offer fastening screws. Hobo seal for toilet.


2.packing way:

1.Five layers double strengthen cardboard carton packing.

2.Inside with wooden shelf, foam and poly bag packing.
