Below is a new generation OFF-SET PNEUMATIC ACTUATOR manufactured by us:

Technical Innovation:

1. Cylinders are offset to align axis of pistons with pitch circle of the pinion gear. Eliminates internal cantilever loading and reduces frictional wear.

2. Rolling bushings support RACK. Eliminate sliding friction of typical designs. Maintain alignment.

3. Twin Side Rails assure proper gear engagement and prevent rack tilt.

4. Pressure Balanced Shafts eliminate ÿ­pistoningÿ?forces and accompanying friction

5. Massive shaft bushings reduce friction and eliminate possibility of contact between shaft and body. While typical actuator, the areas of shaft top and bottom are not same, the downward force will push series wear to the cylinder wall. The shaft will cut deeply into the body and the shaft moves to downward.

6. Springs located inward of pistons. This will reduce air consumption and less jump.

7. All parts are stainless steel 316. This will be better used in worse environments.

8. Dual ISO 5211 mounting patterns top & bottom. Full Namur accessory mounting dimensions, top & bottom sides via top hat adapter.
