E. Flash dryer

Flash dryer is very important for drying,that’s decided the quality of final flour,so some special design must be considered, please check the photos and drawing .

Feeding the dewatered mash into hoist of flash dryer by feeding screw conveyor,The lifter throws the wet flour into the dryer tube,and then exchange of the wet four with hot air to ensure drying flour. After drying ,the flour into the cyclone separator, please check the photos,flour fall down along with cyclone separator,pass the seal auger into the dry powder outlet,and then enter the starch sifter,then packing it. The hot air is expelled upwards in a spiral shape in the middle of separator, and is drawn to the exhaust gas tube by a fan, and then discharged outside.

F. Packing Section:Various spouts to meet different needs

Sifting the dryied flour to remove fibrous material. And it is important to obtain the high quality of free-flowing flour,free fiber with a good particle size.
