Treatment of diet-induced obese mice with YK11 reduces fat levels by reducing fat levels, significantly improving dyslipidemia and hyperglycemia. These results suggest that pharmacological targeting of circadian rhythms of synthetic REV-ERB ligands may be beneficial in the treatment of sleep disorders as well as metabolic diseases.

Dosage

Recommended maximum dose YK11 is require dosages of 2.0-5.0mg b.i.d. in males and 0.5mg-2mg b.i.d. in females to achieve optimal effects in humans for the noted indications.
