Main Structure, Function and Application Range：
This machine is mainly applicable to the torsion test of metal or nonmetal materials and some parts.
The load system is the computer-controlled AC servo control system imported from Japan, which increases the torque in a rotating way through the master collets driven by a AC servo motor, cycloid acicular reducers. The moment of torsion and torsional angle are measured with torque sensor of high precision. The moment of torsion and angle curves, the loading speed and the holding of peak value can be displayed dynamically on screen.
This machine has features as simple structure, easy operation, complete functions, high precision, sound stability and advanced technology, etc, and fully meets the requirements of GB/T10128-1998 , Metal Torsion Test Method Under Room Temperature, which makes it the necessary equipment to test the torsional performance of materials for the Aviation & Spaceflight Industry, the Construction Trade, the Transportation Trade and the mechanical labs of universities, institutes, companies.
