Double support valve has 3 armed & 4 armed valve;
Full open valve has Integral Forged Valve and Friction Welding Valve.
a) Integral Forged Full Open Valve
Material to be used for them is ASTM4119 or AISI8620 and has sizes like
API-5#,API-6#,API-7#,API-8# and they are applicable in many kinds of mud pump.
Rubber and plate are vulcanized into one body to prevent the rubber out of shape because of the extrusion and snap is easy to install.
b) Friction Welding Full Open Valve
Material to be used for them is premium alloy steel ASTM4119 or AISI8620
and it has the size of API-5#, API-6#, API-7#, API-8#. The upper body of the valve is friction- welded together with c law and carburized & quenched, which has big discharge capacity and suitable for many kinds of mud pump.
c) Double support 3 armed and 4 armed valve. Material used is ASTM4119 or AISI8620 and it has the size of API-5,API-6,API-7,API-8 and API9. The valve body, seat and its nut are manufactured by forged steel.
