1. Application of SHUOSEN spring cone crusher:

2. Features of SHUOSEN spring cone crusher:
The movable cone works continuously. The crushing and discharging of the material are carried out alternately and continuously. So the capacity is improved greatly.
The material between the two cones is compressed, bent and cut which make crushing easier and less spare parts consumption.
The final product is uniform and cubic. And the surface of the movable cone features uniform wearability.
The movable cone and fixed cone are installed erectly.
This series of crusher adopts dry oil and water as two kinds of sealed formation to make plaster powder and engine oil separate to make sure reliable performance.

The spring cone crusher is mainly consist of frame, horizontal shaft, movable cone, balance wheel, eccentric bushing, upper crushing surface ( fixed cone), lower crushing surface ( movable cone ), fluid coupling, lubrication system, hydraulic system, control system and so on.
