Working Principle

The main actuating member of membrance-box steam trap is metal membrance-box which fills with the liquid of gasified temperature lower than the saturation temperature of water. When the device starts, the pipeline appeared the low temperature condensate water, the liquid in the membrance-box is at the condensation condition, the valve is opened. When the temperature of condenste water gradually rises, the sufficient fluid in the membrance-box starts to evaporate. the pressure in membrance-box goes up, the membrance impetus valve core moves to the closure direction. The trap completely closed before the condensate water reach saturation temperature. The membrance control the valve on-off along with the steam temperature changed for anti-steam drain.
