1. PRODUCT DISCRIPTION:
MASSUL BLACK RMF is environment-friendly liquid Sulphur black.
2. APPLIED DIRECTION:
Mainly used for dyeing on cotton, also used dyeing on cambric, viscose and vinylon.
3. PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS:
3.1. LIQUID SULPHUR BLACK eliminates dusting problem and greatly improves the working condition in
the factory;
3.2. LIQUID SULPHUR BLACK is simple in dyebath preparation, it does not have any odour problem like
powder Sulphur dyes in dyebath preparation and reduces air pollution;
3.3. LIQUID SULPHUR BLACK is designed to have the lowest BOD/COD and Sulphur content, so it
greatly reduces polluted water.

5. PRODUCTS APPLICATION:
5.1. It outperforms powder Sulphur dyes in color yield and shade uniformity and is best to be used in
continuous dyeing;
5.2. LIQUID SULPHUR BLACK has low affinity and thus it is easier to get onto fibers and its unique
penetration properties helps a more satisfactory shade evenness for heavy fabrics and fibers.It assures a
simple, good and consistent dyeing quality;
5.3. LIQUID SULPHUR BLACK is very stable in quality, tiny difference in every batch and is able to
achieve a consistent and stable dye out result
5.4. LIQUID SULPHUR BLACK is completely pre reduced and can be used directly in dyeing after raising
to the desired temperature
6. PACKING
Standard packing is in 250Kg plastic drum but special packing can be arranged on request of customer
7. STORAGE& SHELF LIFE:
The product should avoid direct sunlight and rain during transportation and storage, it should be placed
in dry, cool condition below 25 Degree C under shelter. Avoid to be contacted with oxidizing chemicals and
combustible organic substances. It should be kept away from high temperature and direct sunlight.
Carefully handle the product and avoid damaging the package. The normal shelf life is at least 6 months
under normal sealed storage condition.
