Makrolon¬ 6485 by Covestro is a medium viscosity, flame retardant polycarbonate (PC) grade. Exhibits easy release, high heat resistance, good toughness, good dimensional stability, high creep modulus and good electrical insulation properties. Products made from the grade provides durability, efficient reusability and energy and CO2 emission savings. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. Makrolon¬ 6485 is used in electrical & electronics applications.
