Magnetic Liquid Traps General Description:
Magnetic liquid trap or magnetic liquid filters are designed for liquid or semi-liquid flow systems to remove ferrous contamination from liquid with different viscosity levels. They preserve product purity by removing small contaminants and provide magnetic protection for liquid lines and processing equipment.

Liquid Magnetic Trap Feature:
1. Many different styles are available for different materials.

2. The max magnetic strength can reach 12,000GS for N-style and 8000GS for E-style.

3. Standard working temperature ≤ 80℃, max working temperature can be chosen from 80℃ to 350℃ as the same with magnetic bars if needed.

4. Connection can be through ferrule, bolt plate, flange or uneven head.

5. Stainless steel 304 or 316L is available for shell material.

6. Property-designed magnetic configuration ensures maximum magnetic effect without impeding liquid flow.

7. Pressure design or other special requirements can be custom-made.

Magnetic Trap Features and Characteristics
Fixture
Usually the filter bar is fixed on the cover plate. When cleaning the ferromagnetic impurities on the surface of the filter bars, you only need to open the cover fixing bolts, lift the cover to clean the iron impurities on the surface of the magnetic filter bar, which is more convenient in practice.

Material
The material of the magnetic trap shell is stainless steel, and internal magnetic filter bar using rare earth permanent magnets.

Magnetism
The magnetism of the magnetic trap is due to the use of rare earth permanent magnets, after 3-5 years of use, there will be magnetic decay, such as failure to meet the requirements of use, just replace the magnetic filter bar.

Size
The magnetic filter bar of the magnetic trap has a diameter of 25mm and a maximum magnetic strength of 12,000 gauss.
