Magnetic Head Rollers are positioned at discharge end of flat or trough belt conveyors to extract metal contamination from the product on the belt. As the roller rotates, it holds tramp iron and small pieces of iron that cannot be attracted using either an overband or plate magnet due to deep product depths.
