As a Sucker Solenoid, DSD10055 is the main magnetic component of the magnetic clutch.

3. Application:

Magnetic clutches are used in applications where several axes need to be engaged/disengaged and synchronized to a rotating main drive axis. By using gears other speeds can also be realized.

Typical examples for applications are paper transportation in printer, money handling and money sorting equipment, electric braking equipment.
