Applications and Function
Magesium Salt Whisker was found in 1950-1960. Till end of 20th Century, this whisker has became true goods and widely applied in Plastic, Resin, Rubber and Ceramic matrix Composites. Main application fields are:
2.1 Thermoplastic resin composite material
Field: Polyolefin (High, middle, low density Linear polyethylene, polypropylene, polybutylene)
Utryl, Dylene, acrylic resin, ABS resin, Nylon, Merlon and Thermoplastic polyester.
Effect: Reinforced, flame retardant.
Performance: High modulus, high strength, smooth surface, stable size, anti-scratch, reduce the product proportion, flame retardant, environmental protection, smoke suppression.

2.2 Flame-retardant, smoking suppressing Building and Decoration materials
Field: Wood Composite board, foam (PVC or EVA), lightweight composite floor, Wire and Cable insulation layer
Function: High strength and toughness, fire resistance
Performance: Good effects in fire resistance and physical Mechanical properties
