MB-07 Damp-proof Lacquer Putty

Features:

Surface Treatment:
1, the substrate surface should be firm, dry and clean, no grease, no wax, and other loose materials.
2, new plaster surface should maintenance about twelve days before inserting the lacquer putty, do not use cement paste for calendaring.
3, if the wall is too dry, wet the wall before operation till there is no obvious water on the surface
Operation Process:
1, the ratio: damp-proof lacquer putty: water: 25kg/bag + about 6.0-7.0L water
2, pouring the water into the stirring barrel, adding the powder slowly, stirring them into particle paste with no powder no deposition
3, using inserting tools to batch, after 4-6h of the first insert can make the second time
4, polishing the lacquer putty layer, control the thickness between 1.0-1.5mm
5, after finishing the lacquer putty layer 7 days can coat other paintings
6, nursing the lacquer putty layer by water after it dries 24-48h, keep this for 2-3 days.
Tips:
a, mixing the MB NO.7 with water into paste, electric mixer can get better effect. put it aside for a few minutes and then a little stirring to strengthen the hardness.
b, using appropriate scraper to scrap the lacquer putty on the surface

Cautions:
1, make sure the smooth and vertical rate of the surface before operation
2, never mix the dry slurry with water and use again
3, the mixed lacquer putty should be used up within 3h
4, polishing within 1~2 days according to the weather
5, for the base surface by cement paste calendaring, suggesting the MB external repair lacquer putty
6, just polish the marks, do not over-polish so as to affects the strength
Store Method:
Store in cool and dry place, unopened product can be saved for one year.
