This kind of magnetic separator can provent the final product from the secondary contamination because of the washing action adopted in the processing. It is equipped with a respective spray pipe for feed and concentrates, and water amount can be adjusted so as to assure suitable density of the concentrate. It can be equipped with cocurrent, counter-rotation and counter current tanks, and equipped double drums or three drums according to requirements of customers.
Applications
1 used for the first stage rough concentration in the ore dressing plants. Increase recovery and reduce the load of the second-stage grinding by rejecting waste minerials.
2 used for concentrating next stage,increase concentrate grade and recovery rate;
3 used for separation of iron sand under wet conditions,reject excess silica ,mud and other low-magnetic minerials,increase the grade efficiently.
4 used before strong magnetic operation, remove iron magnetic minerals and prevent magnetic block;
5 used for recovery of rion ore in coal dressing plant.
