LUGA-LIGHT PRO is mono-layer artificial thermo-shrinkable polyamide casing, permeable for smoke, intended for manufacturing of all kinds of sausages, soft cheese on the technology including stage of smoking. Permeability of LUGA-LIGHT PRO to smoke, allows to get final product with taste and smell of smoking. It also allows to form smoking crust on the poduct. At the same time LUGA-LIGHT PRO casing has higher barrier and physicomechanical properties in comparison with collagen and cellulose casing. Attractive flexoprinting will mark out the product in the show-window and will create an effect of extra quality meat product.
