Live West Coast Rock Lobsters (Jasus lalandii)

Hangkui Sea-Products & Co Ltd is among the top 3 harvesters, processor and exporters of Live and Frozen Seafood products. We constantly provide regular supplies of Live West Coast Rock Lobsters commonly known as Jasus lalandii to international markets. Sizes of our Live Jasus landii are as follows: 240/28g, 280/330g, 330/400g, 400/500g, 500/600g, 600/800g. Our Live Lobsters are harvested and brought to the factories which are first stored in our Lobster Tanks and kept at a water temperature of 19 degrees centigrade and a salinity of between 30 and 35 ppt. We use Styrofoam (expanded polystyrene) boxes for packaging. The net weight of each Box for the Lobsters is 23- 25kgs NET dependent on size. All our Live and Frozen Lobsters are harvested, transported processed and packed in the most stringent hygienic conditions and exported worldwide with appropriate documentations/certifications like the Sanitary health certificate and the airway bill of lading. Due to regular flight schedules, our lobsters have attained very minimal "death on arrival" (DOA) or mortality below 2%. Our lobsters have been termed in China as "Big Head Boy". We do provide both Live and frozen to the international markets.
