Line Pin (Post) Composite Insulator

Composite line post insulators are a direct replacement for high voltage porcelain or composite insulators. They are designed to meet the dimensional, electrical and mechanical requirements defined in ANSI C29.7 Class 57-3 and ANSI C29.18 Class 51-4F.
By using ANSI head and neck dimensional standards, the formed ties (for bare or covered conductors) will be easy to install and provide excellent fixing and electrical performance.

What is a composite line post insulator?
A composite bollard insulator, also known as a polymer bollard insulator, is a bollard insulator consisting of a metal end joint, a glass fibre core and a housing. It has the same function as a porcelain (ceramic) line post insulator - as a support for the power conductor.
