All the invoices and order confirmation should be filled in by handwriting plus chop, otherwise, the Notary Public would not consider them as Originals. Certificate of Incumbency (issued by your local agent) stating the updated company structure of the Company, e.g. the shares structure, the particulars of the each shareholder and director.
We can process the notary service with the following documents :

1. The original Certificate of Incorporate of the Company
2. The latest Certificate of Incumbency
3. The resolution which are duly passed by all directors for the purpose of the Affidavit
4. The Memorandum and Article of Association of the Company

If the directors are located in different places, it is suggested that each director sign a Voting Letter and once they are all received we will circulate the minutes to be signed.

Can I just register any mark? ~ Unfortunately no. A mark must have some element of distinctiveness which serves to distinguish goods/ services sold under the mark from those of others. It is difficult to register a trade mark that describes your goods (e.g. Radio) and services (e.g. Electrician). It must not be a sign that other traders may wish to use to promote or describe their goods and services nor can it mislead the public about the nature of your goods and services.

Application Examination Procedure ~ The total process takes about 6 to 9 months :
Search the mark -> Submit the Application Form -> Consideration & Objection -> Wait for Approval -> Collection of Certificate

Within two months after filing the trade mark application, Trade Mark Registry will issue an Examination Report to analyze whether the trademark can be registered. After all the criteria raised by Trade Mark Registry have been met, the trademark application will be published on Government Journal for three months. When there is no one opposes the trade mark application within the three month period, the trade mark application is then completed.

Will the registration of trade mark expired? Can it be renewed? ~ The initial trade mark registration is effective for 10 years. It can be renewed for 10 years each time.
