Instruction for use:
Do not use if seal has been broken.
1. Wash hands with soap and warm water. Dry thoroughly.
2. Select fingertip site, slightly off-center.
3. Remove protective lancet cover. Discard if already open.
4. Insert lancet into lancing device, use to puncture skin.
5. Apply drop off blood to the test strip, wipe excess from finger.
6. Recap lancet, discard in appropriate container.
