LX-50GZ Auto top load case packer is fully automatic, vertical type filling and sealing machine with box. LX-50GZ Auto top load case packer is mainly used in pack the irregular goods of particle type, including candy, tea, grain, Powder. The machine can automatically packing and sealing meanwhile.

Feature:

4. The feeding part adopts precision gap the dispenser of mechanical 360 degree, which is controlled by OMRON PLC and SMC pneumatic element from Japan. The feeding of box will be done one by one.
5. The system of spraying hot melt glue is from Switzerland Robatech. And the vacuum pump from Germany BECKER is controlling the part of absorbing box.
6. when the hot melt applicator is spraying hot melt glue into the box, meanwhile they can count the finished products.
