Product Description
1.Steel can
The steel can is the positive container,which is the negative connection
2.Conductive film spraying
The conductive materials are sprayed to form the conductive film on the surface of the positive can for good electrical conductivity
3.Positive materials insertion
The positive mixtureis a compressed paste of manganese dioxide with carbon powder added for increased conductivity, which are inserted into the positive can
4.Separator insertion
The separator is inserted to prevent mixing of the positive and negative materials and short-circuiting.
5.Negative materials filling
The negative materials are composed of zinc powder in a gel containing the potassium hydroxide electrolyte, which are filled in
6.Current collector insertion
The assembling current collector is inserted to form the negative electrode
7.Sealing process
The battery is sealed to prevent leakage and electrolyte creepage
8.Finished product
The batteries are packed by shrink after inspecting the voltage, current and appearance
