Product Description
1. our LED traffic lights used high-quality LED as light source, it can help to save energy up to 90%. the LED chip we used is HP (fromUS ) and Cree ( from US ).
2. Taken the innovative cobweb lens for our led traffic lights, they are the best optic solution for the light and make the lighting much more intensive.
3. Using enviormental protection PCB board ( lamp board).
4. automatical soldering instead of hand welding--- most of the components: lamps, IC, resistor and other will be weld by the reflow soldering machine, wave soldering machine, SMT....so it can avoid the problems made by hand welding and make the LED working well ( because LED is very gentle ( anti-static) and need to deal with carefully.
5. high quality pure PC ( polycarbonate) material for the traffic light houisng, looking much more elegant.
6. CE approval ( EN12368 standard ).
