The first of those challenges was in creating reflection cups without utilizing a “fish-scale” pattern to improve the uniformity and density of illumination. A second was changing the connection type and canceling the connection bracket between the circuit board and lower cover in order to reduce material usage. A third struggle was making a light that could be changed in length without altering the fundamental design.

The next battle fought and won was with a waved slot-card design to improve stability and reduce costs by reducing manufacturing procedures. Other hurdles included making more holes on the circuit board to increase the ease of installing more lights, and getting 100% waterproofing with just sealing strips and water-directing loops.

All three WARRIOR models are fully encapsulated, waterproof, and feature 1-watt ambers lights and 34 flash patterns. Differences between the models are in length (between 30 and 56 inches) and intensity (between 96 LEDs at 70 watts and 168 LEDs at 160 watts).
