Uniplast forming machine with 12” seamless die for the mass production of hard boiled candy in different shape and size from the rope formed by rope sizer

Features
1. It produces very less scrap and has separate tray to collect the scrap
2. As punch are made up of EN8 steel material so punch bending never occurs
3. No air bubbles are formed in the candy as the pressing of cam is very accurate
4. The wheel location is fixed and same pressing wheel is running for different dies, this increase the life of the die blade
5. Machine can produce candies from 1.5 gm up to 7 gm.
