KW-BFM-10-02 Chair Backrest Tester (Front Push)

Working Rationale:
1 Imitate human body sat in a chair and lean back action to test the back performance.
2 Place 250lbs 16 dia sand bag in the seat,apply a force that is initially 90 degrees ± 10 degrees to the plane of the backrest.
3.Repeatedly applied requested force to backrest by the autocontrol.
4 Record the testing cycle, evaluate the product performance.
Structure Characteristics:
1.Touch screen input / output test parameters, PLC procedures to control the test process.
2.All parameter setting have power stopping memory function, to avoid test data loss.
3.Adjustable height of beam, beam can rotate 90 degrees.
4.Aluminum frame, stainless steel base plate.Assemble 4 casters, easy move.
5.Precision pressure sensor detects air pressure value,through the power controller to controls the input pressure and control the output of the cylinder .
6 When the form-device left the Backrest, the back will return the original state without any resistance.
7.RPM disply can be adjusted.
