KQG300 Metal Bellows Rolling Machine

Construction and Principle:
Metal bellows roll forming machine mainly consists of the volume control machines, auxiliary facilities and attachments. Volume control machines consist of oriented lubricating devices, press bellows device, settle center part, thimblling device, flanging device, knurling device, transmission, lubrication cooling system, operating system and cutting machine. Auxiliary devices consist of steel plate frame, spiral bellows frame, spot welding and so on. Attachments include the core spindle, star plates, spiral-oriented sets, the core mold, gears and so on.
Rolled steel band installs into steel plate frame after setting on the steel plate. Steel band goes through the lubrication-oriented devices, press bellows device and surrounds the core mold at last. The installed steel band driven by the spindle gets folding, roll-flower, compacting process, and some other joints processes. After forming nice spiral bellows set on the spiral bellows frame, it continues rolling to the required length.
