Jaw Crusher

This series jaw crusher is mainly used for crushing ores and large materials. It can process various kinds of materials with crushing compression strength not up to 350Mpa. It has been widely applied in the areas of mining, metallurgy, highway, railway, construction, water conservancy and chemical industry, etc.

Operating Principles of Jaw Crusher:
The jaw crusher applies motor as its power. Through the pulleys of motor, the eccentric shaft is driven by the triangle belt and slot pulley to make the movable jaw plate move up and down by a regulated track. Therefore, the materials in the crushing cavity which includes the fixed jaw plate, movable jaw plate and side-protection board can be crushed and discharged through the lower outlet.

Working Principles of Jaw Crusher:
The motor drives the belt and belt wheel, and makes the movable jaw up and down by eccentric shaft. When the movable jaw falls, the angle between the movable jaw and fixed jaw gets smaller, then the materials can be crushed to reach the target of crushing. When the movable jaw rises, the angle between the movable jaw and fixed jaw becomes larger. The movable jaw plate leaves the fixed jaw plate under the function of draw bar and spring, and then the crushed materials are discharged from the lower outlet of the crushing cavity.
