We are the first company to invent this kind of testing machine which owns the automatic alignment function. It can satisfy the requirements of high precision location, deal with the high-precision and multi-unit board’s testing difficulty. Adopt the high-pixel industrial camera, together with modern control theory of algorithm, the precision of alignment can arrive 10um.

PCB automatic position system and the chiefly testing system not only independent but also closely connected, it follows the trend of modulization of complex products. The user will find it very clear to view the mark gram and the deviation of PCB’s position. This system has debug function, user can see the dynamic change of gram under the different parameter directly, it will be easy for them to get the accurate parameter and possible to promote the CCD’ s location precision extremely.

Working control system we composed by advanced servo controller，Precision ball screws and mode, can realize the micro adjust of X axle, Y axle and plane revolve angle, ensure the location precision effectively.
Touch screen
Adopt the touch screen technology, can strengthen the communication between operator and machine and will be easy to debug the position of input and output boards, improve the automatic level.
