JH-628 Built-In Electric Air Pump

In order to meet the market demand of air mattress, SMART has been developing the JH-628 built-in air pump since 2014, mainly used to inflate and deflate the air mattress, air bed and inflation product.

Before start to design, required the built-in air pump needs to conform following function:

1. Can quickly inflate and deflate, and inflate the KING air mattress within 3 minutes.
2. The air pump needs smart and can be used directly.
3. Can hidden the power cord.

Fished the first generation of JH-628 built-in pump after several months of design, made mould and trial production.

The demension of JH-628 Built-in air pump is 18.5*10.8CM, more smart and smaller.

There is a cable box in the left of JH-628 Built-in air pump, it is easy to hidden the power line.

There is a humanized knob to switch inflation and deflation.
Found there is a little air leak after small trial production. The production department and engineering department found the mainly air leak reason and made the second improvement, and strength the elasticity of the spring, the spring can easy to return the origial position although used many times.

Although the development and trial production is OK, it does not mean that there is no problem of JH-628 Built-in air mattress pump, Smart is continuate improving the quality of the air pump, especially the typical problems. The performance of JH-628 air pump is more perfect and get customer praise after three years improvement.
