Jacketed Double Window type Sight Glass Flow Indicator have total two nos of Round Toughened Borosilicate Glass mounted contrary to each other.
Jacketed Double Window Type Sight Sight Flow Indicator & Sight Glassed available with manifold thickness and diameter of glass to suit flow media design / working pressure and temperature as per DIN 7080 standard.
Main advantage of Jacketed Double Window Type Sight Glass – Sight Flow Indicator is very easy to change glass without dismantling the whole Sight Glass body assembly from pipe line installation.
Nivz Jacketed Sight Glass suitable for temperature up to 300 Deg C., which application glass we use 100% Imported from Germany, at design view of borosilicate glass we consider factor of safety 7.
For jacket passing media inlet and outlet connection we provide either threaded (BSP or NPT Female) or Flanged End Connection. Up to 3″ Size jacket connection 1/2″ (DN15) and for above 3/4″ (DN20).
Jacketed Double Window Type Sight Flow Indicator & Sight Glass mostly use application for Food Processing Media Application, Chocolate, Sauce, Juice, Molten Sulfur, Sulphur, Asphalt, Coal tar, Bitumen, Lactum, Meticulous and Resinous media.
Jacketed Sight Glass mostly use with jacket passing media, Hot Oil, Hot Water, Steam, Cold Water or Chilled Water.
All jacketed sight glass we manufacture by minimum pressure rating of 16 bar and accordingly we do hydraulic test at our works. Higher pressure and temperature sight glass also available on confirmation of application data.
