Investment Project (Tire Factory in Russia)

Russian Company SibShina (a part of the diversified holding “CapitalEnergyProject”) was created in order to develop the tire business in Russia.
Currently, the company starts to build a tire factory in Yurga city (Kemerovo region) dividing it into three stages: the first- OTR (5000 units per year), TBR (1 200 000), the PCR (5 000 000 units per year).
The land with all communications is already allocated. The agreement with the local authorities to begin construction is signed. Design work is underway.
Sibshina is actively working with the Eurasian Economic Commission to reduce antidumping duties on imports from China to Russia of tires under its own brand Sibshina. The proceeds will be invested in the construction of the factory. The Company also conducts a series of negotiations with Russian investment banks and public funds for investment. Interest in the project have already expressed such organizations as "Sberbank", "Gazprombank", "Eurasian Development Bank", "State Fund for Development of mono-towns" and others.
Sibshina already signed an agreement with MESNAC Company. MESNAC invests over 100 million US dollars worth of equipment and technology in the construction of the factory.
This is one of the largest investment projects of modern Russia. “Sibshina” Company is inviting international investors to participate in this project to develop and create a positive investment climate in the country.
