Working characteristics of Intermittent Ball Mill:
Intermittent Ball Mill is a horizontal rotary cylinder device. It consists of a cylinder part, a cover, bearings, big gear transmission circle and so on. Materials go through the hollow shaft by the feeding device and enter the mill evenly.

Functions of Intermittent Ball Mill:
Intermittent Ball Mill is an essential recrushing equipment. It is widely used in cement, silicate, new construction material, refractory materials, fertilizer, black and non-ferrous metal ore dressing, glass ceramic industry, etc., and performs dry or wet grinding on all kinds of ores adn other grindable materials.

Classification of Intermittent Ball Mill:
Medium of the ball mill is metallic ball(steel ball or cast iron ball). Medium of the rod ball mill is steel bar. Gravel grinding machine's medium is grinding medium.
According to the discharging pattern, the ball mill can be divided into overflow type grinding machine. It is through the row of the hollow shaft neck that ore pulp runs out of the spill freely.
According to the shape of the ball mill cylinder body, the ball mill can be classified into:
Short-tube mill: L/D≤1.0—1.5(L is the barrel length and D is the diameter of the cylinder.)
Long-tube mill: L/D≥1.5
Tube mill：L/D=5—6. Its interior is divided into several rooms, thus called multi-room grinding machine, commonly used in cement industry.
