Intelligent Electric Temperature Modulating Valve

HT-CW series intelligent temperature control valve is applicable to industrial heat exchangers, heating and cooling equipment and technological processes, but also to civil heating and temperature control of air conditioning system.

Intelligent temperature control valve is made up of temperature sensor, intelligent actuator, and regulating ball valve. Based on the use of different conditions, a variety of temperature sensors can be chosen. Intelligent actuators have digital control function and PID control function. According to users’ needs, digital control can be used which indicates the valve will be on or off in high limits and off or on in low limits; PID control function is to ensure temperature stable almost at the set point. Action and reaction functions are set to meet the transition adjustment of cold and heat source (seasonal transition function). Intelligent actuators display temperature settings and current values, show valve opening, and provide human interface and the debug menu.

Intelligent temperature control valve integrates sensor, valve, actuator, temperature controller and power module into the integrated design, simplifying users’ selection workload.
