The instrument is designed and made as per GB/T507-2002 “Test Method of Breakdown Voltage of Insulating Oil” of National Standard of People Republic of China, Industry Standard DL492.9-91 and refer to the characteristics of Insulating Oil Breakdown Voltage Tester of the world. It is suitable to determine the dielectric coefficient of insulating oils in the fields of railway, aviation, power plant, petroleum oil and R&D, etc.
