➢ Brief introduction:
During the process of electroplating, the materials will be put into the water to create a metal coating on the surface by means of a direct electric current. Moreover, because the materials will be quite wet after these processes, we should apply the dehydrators or spin machines to reduce the moisture on the materials by the function of the centrifugal force. However, if manufacturers only employ the dehydrators or spin machines, the materials might still be very wet because these equipment only get rid of part of the moisture on the materials by rotating. Yet, if these material are not properly dried, they might rusty and broken. Therefore, our blow dryer can assist to heat to evaporate almost all moisture on the parts after using the dehydrators or spin machines to increase the brightness and quality on the final parts.
