The filter bag is the key part in the operation of the bag filter, and usually the cylindrical filter bag is suspended vertically in the dust collector. The fabric and design of the filter bag should try to pursue efficient filtration, easy dust stripping and durable effect.

In the pulse and gas chamber type pulse precipitator, dust is attached to the outer surface of the filter bag. When the dust gas passes through the dust collector, the dust is captured and collected on the outer surface of the filter bag, while the clean gas enters the inner part of the filter bag through the filter material. The cage frame inside the filter bag supports the filter bag, prevents the filter bag from collapsing, and facilitates the removal and redistribution of dust cake.
