Operation Instructions
A. Introduction
It is suitable for germÿ®s culture and scientific research in the laboratory of the trade and department of modern medical science, medicine, biology and biochemistry.
B. Working principle
Heat by electrothermal wire, make the temperature of workroom even and constant by meter controlled and offer a perfect and steady environment for the cultured.
C. Characteristics
1.Case made of quality cold-rolling steel with surface of electrostatic gunite plastics, new style, beautiful shape and strong.
2.Inner liner could be made by two material: stainless steel or high quality cold-rolling steel, treated by antiseptic.
3.Double-layer window in middle of door made of toughened glass, easy observation.Sealed with Si-temperature-resistant rubber, high vacuum and convenient to open and close.
4.It is controlled by micro computer system and PID controlled process.Digital display and easy touch key.It has the function of over- temperature alarm and switch off and timing.

F. Operating methods
1.Put it on platform.
2.Use the same voltage as the machine required, and also make the ground wire of jack to the ground safely.
3.Turn on it and indicator lamp shine, controllable meter will display the temperature.
Set temperature in need, heating begins(refers to the temperature operation guide). Put in testing things after the temperature is thermostatic.
4.Turn off it when finish testing.

G. Attentions
1.Make sure it connect to the ground well and use once more supply than the power supply to connect to the ground.
2. Make sure the inner an outer of box clean and dry.
3. Do not stack things in the bottom of culture box.In order not to affect the ventilation, do not put the things too thick

H. Installation and Maintenance
1.The ground or the platform should be flat.
2.The distance between the wall should be 20-30CM
3.Ventilation should be good, dust should be less, environmental humidity should be less than 85%.
6.Make sure the inner an outer of box clean and dry.
7. Do not stack things on the top of culture box.
