Impact Crusher

This series impact crusher is optimized after adopting the domestic and foreign technique. The impact crusher is used in secondary crushing of materials. It can process various kinds of materials, such as stone, basalt, granite, limestone, etc, with crushing compression strength not more than 350 Mpa.
It features of stable performance, high capacity, firm structure, convenient maintenance, smaller granularity and economic running cost. Therefore, it is widely applied in the areas of mining, construction, metallurgy, highway, railway, water conservancy and electricity industry, etc.
The feeding size is between 100mm and 500mm. The largest feeding size can not exceed the maximum rating. The discharged-size users can satisfy their need by adjusting the hammer head and back board and the gap of all parts proportionally.
Working Principles of Impact Crusher:
It is a king of crushing equipment using the impact power to crush the materials. The rotor of the machine rotates according to the fixed direction through the triangle belt driven by the motor. When the materials enter into the rotor area through the opening, under the impact function of board hammer at a high speed, they are thrown to the impact board by the board hammer which fixed on the rotor continuously. Then the falling materials hit the materials that thrown up by the rotor continuously. Therefore, the materials are moving repeatedly in the crushing cavity which formed of rotor and impact board. The process is continued until the materials are crushed to the required size and discharged from the down outlet of the machine.
