Product Description

-Low melting with great stretching ability, particularly after sitting for 2~3 minutes since being taken from heating oven.
-No chewing gum” alike mouthfeel.
-No oil off or oil-water separation after heated or baked.
-Creamy flavour.
Given the above-mentioned properties, this product is particularly recommended for take-away pizzas.
Special notice on defrosting and using this:
This product is being kept under frozen (-18C or below) and it needs to be defrosting before used. After defrosted, the product needs to be used as quickly as possible, or to be kept under chilled condition (+10C or below) for 3 days on maximum.
When used as pizza topping, it is recommended that the heating strength by oven be gentle. This should be noticed particularly when chain oven is used.
