Product Description
1) This bracket channel forming machine line adopt galvanized steel coil production material to form profile L 40 * 40 * 7.5 through 3Ton hydraulic decoiler, pinch feeding, leveling, 1 group hydraulic punching, main roll forming, Hydraulic cutting and Non-power type support table.
2) The whole machine adopt PLC control, AC speed control by frequency inverter technology, to realize continuous auto production, which is the best desired machinery in steel structure and metal cold roll forming machinery industry.
3) Forming Speed: about 0-15 m/min ( excluding punching, cutting time);
4) The whole machine is fixed with mesh safety protection cover
5) All parts on shaft like roller, roller spacers, guiding column are chromium plating process
