Features And Advantage
1) It is particularly suitable for processing cotton and polyester-cotton fabric, can achieve instantaneous hydrophilic effect, but also has a certain soft, smooth hand feel;
2) Suitable for continuous processing of the process, will not bring sticky roll; also suitable for padding method, high suction rate; without APEO.
Usage 
1) First adding Basf emulsifier, then add cotton MBS 9908 (recommended 9908: emulsifier = 4-6: 1), mix well and then add 1-1.5% glacial acetic acid; then slowly add water to the desired concentration. the recommended use ratio can be diluted 1: 5 (20% solid) or 1 : 10 (10% solid), the appearance of colorless transparent liquid;
2) After thinning, you can use exhausting method and continuous padding method
Exhausting method: the dosage (20% solids) 0.6-2% (o.w.f), temperature 30-40 ºC, 15-30min, bath ratio 1: 20-40;
Padding method: the dosage (20% solids) 6-20g / l, 120 ºC pre-bake, 150-180ºC stereotypes baking;
Packaging and storage
200kg plastic drums. Should be stored in a cool ventilated warehouse, to prevent exposure, storage period for one year.
