Product Description
Hydrocyclone desilter is the 3rd phase equipment in drilling fluid solids control system. Hydrocyclone Desilter’s cone including 4" and 5" mainly separate 12~47μm solid. One set of desilter has 6-12 pieces of hydrocyclones and the hydrocyclone’s material is polyurethane. The desilter is used after shale shaker and desander. It is do not have suction force, so need one set of centrifugal pump as the feeding pump to supply the drilling fluid.
The desilter's treating capacity is 120-360 m3/h, it is decided by the quantity of hydrocyclones. Usually each set have 10 hydrocyclones. One set 0.75KW vibrating motors, one bottom shaker screen. All connection are clamps connection.
