How to make silicone mould by pouring way?
Part A silicone, Part B curing agent or catalyst, mix Part A and Part B according the mix ratio 100:2 or 100:5 evenly, for examle, take silicone rubber of 100 g and addcurin agent of 2g.
Deairring and air bulle eliminating handling: After silicone rubber and the curing agent are mixed evenly, then deair and eliminate air bulles, the process should not last too long and not exceed 10 minutes under the normal circumstances. Otherwise, the silicone rubber will have cross linking action. Thus it is unable to brushing or pouring.
Pouring into the surface of the products, after 4--6 hours, de-mould.
