How many kinds of conveyor belt hot vulcanizing products are there?

Ramimtech conveyor belt hot vulcanizing materials system include three kinds : intermediate rubber , cover rubber, and heating solution SK823.
Vulcanzing machines are needed when these three kinds of materials are used.
Under high temperature and high pressure from vulcanizing machine, these materials will make repair and jointing for conveyor belt.


Conveyor belt Intermediate rubber applies to the area which next to nylon layer and steel wire, which will not only improve the bonding strength of belt vulcanizing area,but also promote tensile strength of the whole conveyor belt, and it can also prevent the result that steel wire rope have no bonding with belt body and are easily to be pulled out off.

Conveyor belt Cover rubber also is used for nylon and steelcored conveyor belt .its difference from intermediate rubber's is that it focuses on tensile Strength and wear resistance.
Cover rubber is used in sealing area when we do nylon belt jointing, which will improve the wear resistance of jointing and the integrality of the whole belt.
While we do steelcord belt joiniting,cover rubber will be laid on the intermediate rubber. it will improve the abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance and impact resistance of belt.

Heating solution SK823,non-flammable, is one of the necessary material for belt hot vulcanizing jointing.it has passed Germany underground DIN certification.Being suitable for hot vulcanizing jointing of steelcord belt, nylon belt and fabric belt,Its main role is increasing the bonding strength of intermediate rubber with belt,improving the bonding strength of belt.

Apart from these above materials for nylon and steelcord conveyor belt, we Ramimtech also supply flame retardant conveyor belt material which is used for the repair and jointing for PVC PVG belt.
