Product Description
Velcro Fatigue Test Principle
Attach the surfaces of hooks and loops to the 2 rollers whose diameter are 162.5mm and 160mm respectively, then keep the hooks and loops on the rollers in contact, and add certain load based on the width. Upper roller as power roller to drive the lower burden roller. Have the velcro repeatedly opened and closed to attain the intention of fatigue. After specified number of cycles, discharge the strips from the rollers, cut the specimen into size of 75*20mm, then press them together evenly using rollers, to measure the specific strength values with a universal tensile testing machine.
