Product Description
Machine Features:
1). The heavy bed is welded with a thick square tube and tempered at high temperature.
2). Machine Table adopts heavy and thick steel, which improve load-bearing of the whole machine, it can bear 3 ton heavy stone
3). Machine sides use heavy steel, it can reduce vibration during work, then improve processing accuracy
4). The assembly of almost all components is measured with a dial gauge. It is especially suitable for measuring the pinion and the guide rails on both sides. Its scale is 0.01 mm. The deviation is adjusted with the dial gauge and keep the accuracy is maintained.
5). High power spindle, high cutting resistance, high efficiency and low noise
6). Taiwan TBI ball screw, high positioning accuracy (It can perform zero clearance transmission, strong rigidity and small temperature increase
