Summary
The 22 km long road is vital important in the new Hongqiao Hub, which is designed to work as a new transportaion center in Hongqiao disctrict, connecting G42/G2 (from west/north), G60/G92/G15 (from south/southwest) with Hongqiao airport and Shanghai Meglev.
The critical requirements include: to do pre-assembly at shop, to transport the 4.5-meter wide steel members to Shanghai and erect the bridge at downtown area. The errection completed early 2010, and the bridge is opened to public before May, 2010, the opening of World EXPO 2010.
